Steve Mahon - Chef

A native of Wakefield Quebec, Steve began his career more than 17 years ago at Les Fougeres restaurant in Chelsea Quebec. From there he joined the team at Le Moulin Wakefield were after six month took on the role and title of Executive Chef at the young age of 23. Next Steve tried the position of food and beverage director at Mont Ste-Marie Ski and Golf resort, but after three years he knew that being in the kitchen is what he was most passionate about. Executive Chef at La Maison Earls 1880 was his last restaurant in Quebec before making his way to us here in the Valley.

Steve has appeared on television, has been a special guest chef at charity events, giving cooking classed at the LCBO in Ottawa Ontario. His love for food, wine and camaraderie is contagious. After meeting him you will know see why he thrives in any situation. To be continued…
